How it started
We founded Murphy & Company in 2011 because we wanted to offer legal services from an entrepreneur’s perspective.
Since then, we have grown to become a mid-sized firm, and our mission has not changed. As business owners ourselves, we have the experience and expertise to help you, whether you are a start-up or a public company.

When we say we are tech-forward, we mean it. We have invested in bleeding-edge technology to streamline routine legal tasks, allowing us to spend more time helping you (and saving you money).
With our entirely digital office, we can easily share our work with you.
Technology also helps our team stay connected. Get in touch with our lawyers and receive prompt, thoughtful responses, straight from them. Text us, Slack us, get us on Signal. We still accept faxes, if that’s your thing.

We are the entrepreneur’s law firm. Really. Many of our lawyers have founded, owned, or sold businesses ranging from coffee shops and breweries to ones that don’t involve beverages.
